The Pelacà apartments lie on Brescian coast of Garda Lake in Villavetro, small lakefacing village in the Gargnano municipality, famous for intensive lemon tree cultivation between Salò and Limone del Garda.
The recently renewed building in the farmhouse, named Pelacà, is located in a quiet and peaceful olive tree cultivation 400 m. away from the lakeside, near the Bogliaco harbour, famous for Centomiglia sailboat race. The Bogliaco Golf-course is 1 km. far.

Pelacà has only 6 exclusive apartments from 70 to 75 m2. with a large living room, two sleeping rooms, two bathrooms a large dining/kitchen room.

Each apartment has indipendent entrance, an exclusive garden, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, internal private parking. A common barbeque in the olive tree garden is at guests disposal.

The apartments are identified with the name of the tipical trees of the Garda Lake country: Fico (Fig tree) Cappero( Caper tree), Alloro (Laurel tree), Ulivo (Olive tree), Limone (Lemon tree), and Oleandro (Oleander tree).
